About Us
Social Skills Game Night is facilitated by Leah DiPIllo, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has over 14 years of experience working with children and adults who have special needs.
Leah was initially drawn to the field by immediately connecting and empathizing with the population that she worked with. She continued working with children and adults with varying developmental disabilities and diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), brain injury, stroke, emotionally disturbed, other developmental delays and disabilities, and more. She has experience providing services as a BCBA to children with ASD in early intervention centers, school districts, and in-home environments.
Leah is passionate in her work with children with disabilities and strives to help them to develop needed communication and social skills, and to reduce maladaptive behaviors in the most individualized and enjoyable way possible. Her goals for this population are inclusivity and participation in the least restrictive social and educational environments so that they can function at their highest potential.
